What the service is

ChatGPT How Do I is an independent site. It is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT, TikTok, or the creators of the original clip. “ChatGPT” is a trademark of OpenAI and is used here only to describe the video.

From one photo you upload, we draw a free AI first frame of you in the scene. For a one-off payment through Stripe, in USD ($3.90 for 480p, $7.90 for 720p), we make a 12 seconds AI video in which the person in your photo takes the place of the man in the original clip. There is no subscription.

The first frame and the video are fictional, AI-generated images. They follow your photo closely but not exactly, and two results from the same photo will differ.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use the photo and that the person in it has agreed, or that the photo is of you.

Upload photos of adults only, one person per photo. Do not upload photos of children, nudity or sexual content, public figures without their consent, or photos meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.

We may refuse or remove a first frame or an order that breaks these rules, and refund it.

What you get

You may download, post and share your video for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your photo or your results.

The original clip and the sound in it belong to their creators and rights holders. Your video keeps the original clip’s sound; the personal, non-commercial limit above applies to it too.

Results are kept for a limited time: photos and first frames for 7 days, videos for 30 days. Download a copy.

If something goes wrong

If a video fails, you can try again for free (3 tries per order) and then ask for a refund. The refund policy has the details.

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the order in question.
